• Integration with third-party platforms (Facebook, Google, Shopify)
• File storage and management

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or use
• Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using our AI tools, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs to provide the Service. Generated content is provided for your commercial use, subject to applicable AI provider terms.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party platforms. By authorizing these connections, you:

• Grant us permission to access and use the authorized data on your behalf
• Agree to comply with each platform's terms of service
• Acknowledge that we are not responsible for third-party platform availability or changes
• Can disconnect any integration at any time through your account settings

Note: Third-party integrations (Facebook, Google, Shopify) are governed by their respective terms of service. Please review their policies before connecting.

7. Payment & Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Pricing: Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice for existing subscribers.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of purchase for refund requests.
• Usage Limits: Each plan has specific usage limits. Exceeding limits may result in temporary service restrictions.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before use
• We are not responsible for the effectiveness of marketing content created using the Service
• Results may vary based on your specific use case and market conditions
• Third-party integrations may experience downtime or changes beyond our control

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim
• We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prompted OS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) your content or actions on connected platforms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service:

• Immediately, without notice, for violation of these Terms
• With 30 days notice for any other reason
• Upon your request to delete your account

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion procedures.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
